Reedwood Friends Church is a member church of the Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends, based in Newberg, Oregon. Reedwood is one of 54 member churches. Yearly Meetings are formal regional associations of local churches that share bonds of faith and history, and agree to be governed by a common set of beliefs and practices, usually described in a book of Christian Faith and Practice. All members of the churches in the Yearly Meeting are encouraged to attend the annual sessions where policies and programs are decided. Yearly Meeting sessions also feature many opportunities to sing, worship, socialize, interact with Friends from near and far, and hear worthwhile speakers.

In turn, Northwest Yearly Meeting is a member yearly meeting of Evangelical Friends International.
